Our Staff

Reg is a Southeast Texas native who grew up serving at his local church from a very young age. After graduating from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work & Sociology, Reg went on to earn a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Trinity Seminary.

His passion for youth ministries brought him to Praise, where he served as a Youth Pastor for 13 of the wildest, most exciting years of his life. With his roots firmly planted at Praise, Reg was then called to serve as Administrative Pastor for 3 years before becoming Lead Pastor in 2005. Reg is married to his lovely wife Shannon and has 3 beautiful girls.
