What to expect
Event Coordinators
Upon approval of your date, time and location, an event coordinator will be assigned to you. That coordinator will be your contact throughout the planning and event process.
The coordinators will:
- Book the church calendar for your event.
- Schedule all personnel needed for the event.
- Schedule any and all meetings prior to the event.
- Unlock the building and be on site during the event to ensure all policies are followed.
- Communicate financial obligations for the event.
- Receive and distribute all payments for personnel needed for event.
Pricing and Fees
There are costs associated with renting our event spaces. The rental costs will be communicated with the Event Coordinator.
- Event Coordinator – $100
+ $25/hr if event exceeds 4 hrs
- Space Rental – $100/day
+ $25/hr if event exceeds 4 hrs
- Audio / Visuals / Lighting – $150
+ $25/hr if event exceeds 4 hrs
- Walker Stage – $250
(Music equipment can only be moved slightly – not removed)
Chair and Table Rentals
- We have Black Mesh Chairs available for rent

- $1 per chair
- We have 6’ round white plastic table available for rent
- Qty 15 Available
- $15 for each
- We have 8’ white plastic rectangle tables available for rent

Code of Conduct
Rules that must be abided by:
- NO Alcohol, smoking or vaping allowed on any Praise Church premises.
- NO paper goods at the church may be used for your event except those needed for cleaning.
- No décor is allowed to be attached to the walls of the building without prior approval.
- All event plans will be communicated and approved by the coordinator.
